Vision POS/Sales is a full Debtor Administration System and much, much more! This module works either stand-alone, or together with the other associated modules of the Vision Business Administration Suite.This module offers all possible features to achieve the maximum control over your debtors and income.

Sales Help CallThe Article Definition Interface lets you set up the sales items, and service codes, with their own discount information and grouping. Use the Cost Component functionality to create a profitable sales price for your items. Choose between several receipt and invoice layouts and use your own company logo - imported into the Vision system.

An unlimited number of customer accounts can be kept in any currency - all with particulars, payment terms, credit limits, discount information and so on. The following transactions could be processed within the Vision Point of Sales system:-

  • Quotations
  • Proforma
  • Sales Orders
  • Invoices
  • Credit and Debit Notes
  • Cash Sales

The use of the 'linked' transactions facility will automatically update your Sales Orders - providing you with full control over your sales-portfolio. Stocks are directly updated and, via the Issue interface, you can see which items should be delivered. Cash Sales are batch-wise updated and will be booked in the accounts.

Get outstanding and overdue payments directly via the reports. Use the user-friendly Pay-in facility to make full, partial and split payments on debtor accounts...... PLUS: payments can be made in any currency and the exchange rates can be set at any time. Exchange rate gains and losses are booked for you - automatically.

The very useful aged debtors analysis will provide you with key information for your debt-collection. Account statements are processed individually, or for all debtors at once - your choice. Update your prices with the easy to use financial update wizard and make use of the sales duplicator for recurrent invoicing.

Many essential reports are included such as Tax overviews, Discount reports, Top Sales and periodic overviews. Our built in auditing features allow you to track user entries, i.e. who entered what and when - this feature will help you improve the accuracy, and maintain the integrity, of your information.
